Mr. Mandel is a founder, President and Managing Director of Peppertree Capital Management, Inc. Prior to forming Peppertree, Mr. Mandel was a partner with Tregan Partners where he focused on Media and Telecommunications. Previously, Mr. Mandel was one of the co-founders of OmniAmerica, Inc. where he served as General Counsel and Vice President and was responsible for managing the company's M&A activities and its tower ownership division. Prior to the formation of OmniAmerica, Mr. Mandel spent more than ten years as a transactional attorney with Thompson Hine LLP, the latter years as a partner.

Mr. Mandel has been involved with such companies as Washington Oregon Wireless, LLC, 4G Towers, LLC, PrimeCo Wireless Communications, NextMedia, Pegasus Tower Development Company, LLC Crossroads Media, LLC, and Horvath Towers, LLC.

Mr. Mandel earned his BS degree from The Ohio State University and holds a JD from Cornell Law School.
