Peppertree Fund III is in the formation stage. This fund will provide investors a “balanced” private equity portfolio split approximately evenly between venture capital and buyout funds. Peppertree Fund III is designed as a follow-up fund to Peppertree Fund I and will likely include a number of funds raised by private equity managers with whom Peppertree has existing relationships.
