Launched in 2000, Peppertree Fund I is a “balanced” private equity fund that includes investments in 14 underlying venture capital and buyout funds. Fund I is fully committed.

In 2004, Peppertree Fund II was formed to provide a targeted portfolio comprised of middle market and strategic buyout funds and currently includes commitments to 6 high quality private equity firms. Fund II will likely conclude making new investments by early 2006.

Peppertree Fund III is in the formation stage. Fund III will be a “balanced” private equity fund of funds with approximately equal underlying commitments to venture capital and buyout funds.

In 2005, The Ohio Capital Fund was established by the Ohio Venture Capital Authority to increase the amount of private capital available for Ohio-based businesses in the seed or early stages of business development. The Ohio Capital Fund is managed by Buckeye Venture Partners, a joint venture between Peppertree Partners and Cincinnati-based Fort Washington Capital Partners.
