Mr. Howard is a founder and Managing Director of Peppertree Capital Management, Inc. Prior to forming Peppertree, Mr. Howard was a partner with Tregan Partners, LP where he focused primarily on wireless telecommunications. Previously, Mr. Howard served as a Director and senior executive officer of OmniAmerica, Inc., one of the first publicly-held tower companies. Prior to joining OmniAmerica, Mr. Howard spent more than twelve years as a corporate and securities attorney in Dallas, Texas first with Haynes & Boone, LLP and later with Jordaan Howard and Pennington, PLLC.

Mr. Howard has been involved with such companies as Alamosa PCS, LLC, Washington Oregon Wireless, LLC, 4G Towers, LLC, Pegasus Tower Development Company, LLC, Horvath Towers, LLC, Clearview Tower Company, and K2 Towers, LLC.

Mr. Howard earned his BBA and JD from the University of Texas at Austin.
