Mr. Lepene is a Managing Director of Peppertree Capital Management, Inc. Prior to joining Peppertree, Mr. Lepene worked in investment banking with both Salomon Smith Barney and Brown Gibbons Lang & Company. Previously, Mr. Lepene was employed by Lehman Brothers and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Lepene has been involved with such companies as Branch Towers, LLC, RG Towers, LLC, K2 Towers, LLC, Clearview Tower Company, Horvath Towers, LLC, Wireless Edge Towers, LLC, AW Towers, LLC, 4G Towers, LLC, and Pegasus Tower Development Company, LLC.

Mr. Lepene earned his BS degree from The Ohio State University and his MBA from the Yale School of Management.
