Mr. Mandel is the President of Peppertree Capital Management, Inc. Prior to forming Peppertree, Mr. Mandel was a partner with Tregan Partners where he focused on telecommunications and media. Previously, Mr. Mandel was a co-founder of OmniAmerica, Inc., one of the first publicly-held tower companies. Prior to the formation of OmniAmerica, Mr. Mandel spent more than ten years as a transactional attorney with Thompson Hine LLP, the latter years as a partner.

Mr. Mandel has been involved with such companies as Washington Oregon Wireless, LLC, 4G Towers, LLC, PrimeCo Wireless Communications, Pegasus Tower Development Company, LLC, Horvath Towers, LLC, Clearview Tower Company, K2 Towers, LLC and Wireless Edge Towers, LLC.

Mr. Mandel earned his BS degree from The Ohio State University and his JD from Cornell Law School.
