AW Towers Closes Equity Financing by Peppertree Capital

ORLANDO, FLORIDA and CLEVELAND, OHIO, October 31, 2011 — AW Towers, LLC is pleased to announce the closing of a $20.0 million growth equity commitment by Peppertree Capital.

AW Towers, develops, owns and operates wireless communications towers primarily in Puerto Rico.
