Peppertree Capital Increases Commitment to Clearview

CHAGRIN FALLS, OHIO – (June 6, 2011)
Peppertree Capital Management, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has executed an agreement with its portfolio company, Clearview Tower Company, LLC, increasing Peppertree’s equity commitment from $12,000,000 to $32,000,000.

Ryan Lepene, a Managing Director of Peppertree said, “We look forward to continuing what has been a productive and profitable relationship for both parties.”

Clearview is a developer and owner of wireless communication towers. Peppertree originally invested in Clearview in April, 2009.
