CLEVELAND, OH – (September 19, 2006) – Peppertree Capital Fund, LP has provided equity financing for the formation of Crossroads Media Holdings, LLC ("Crossroads").

Crossroads, a provider of outdoor advertising services, has been established to serve as a platform company for the acquisition of outdoor advertising companies throughout the U.S.

"Based on secular trends in traditional media, we were looking to back an experienced and talented management team in the outdoor advertising industry," explains Ryan Lepene, vice-president of Peppertree. "The formation of Crossroads is the culmination of those efforts."
